MRI and CT Preventive Maintenance and Repair for the Tampa Bay Area

What a PM visit covers

An MRI PM visit follows the manufacturer's procedure. It includes image quality and safety checks, a review of the cryogen side (helium level and consumption, cold head and compressor), and a signed field service report. A CT PM visit checks cooling, gantry, tube hours, detectors and the error log. PM-only pricing does not include corrective labor, parts, helium or cold-head work. Those are quoted when they come up, so you know what you're paying for.

Travel and labor, stated up front

Tampa Bay sites are more than 30 miles from our Palm Bay base, so mileage applies at $0.85 per mile past the first 30. Standard labor is $295 per hour, Monday to Friday from 7 am to 5 pm. After-hours, weekend and holiday labor is $442.50 per hour. An MRI PM visit with no agreement is $2,400, and agreements start at $2,000 per year. Every repair and PM visit comes with a 30-day workmanship warranty.
