MRI Preventive Maintenance

A down MRI is a cancelled schedule. Preventive maintenance keeps that from becoming a Monday problem. AMT Imaging Solutions LLC runs MRI PM from Palm Bay, Florida and Houston, Texas, covering Florida, South Georgia, and Texas. SDVOSB/VOSB. We start with the log: hours, helium, chiller temps, last fault codes. Then we work the list for that magnet — cold head current, cryogen, gradient and RF, shim as needed, image quality, and a written report for biomed. If helium use is climbing, do not wait for a quench. We service contrast injectors and MRI chillers on the same call when they sit in the suite.
